At Magic Club Apparel, we operate as a professional sportswear manufacture company specializing in the manufacture of premium-quality sportswear for clubs, teams, brands, organizations, and individual customers. As an experienced sportswear manufacture based in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, our manufacturing process focuses on custom sportswear manufacture, wholesale sportswear manufacture, and retail sportswear manufacture for sports such as football, soccer, basketball, baseball, cricket, rugby, hockey, volleyball, gym training, fitness, and fan jersey sportswear. Because Magic Club Apparel is a custom sportswear manufacture and wholesale sportswear manufacture, most of our sportswear products are manufactured according to customer-approved designs, sizes, fabrics, colors, logos, and branding requirements, which makes each sportswear manufacture order unique and specific.

However, in the rare event that a customer receives sportswear that has a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect manufacturing specifications, or a mismatch with the approved sample due to our manufacturing error, we will review the case carefully. If the issue is proven to be related to our sportswear manufacture process, we may offer a replacement through re-manufacture or, in limited cases, a refund, depending on the situation. All claims related to sportswear manufacture quality must be reported within seven days of delivery, as delays may affect our ability to verify the manufacturing issue accurately.

For retail customers purchasing ready-made sportswear manufactured by Magic Club Apparel, returns may be considered only if the sportswear has not been used, washed, altered, or damaged and remains in original manufactured condition with tags intact. Even for retail sportswear manufacture products, custom-sized sportswear, personalized sports jerseys, custom-numbered uniforms, and made-to-order sportswear manufacture items are not eligible for return or refund, as they are produced specifically for the customer through our sportswear manufacturing system.

Refunds, when approved, are processed only after careful inspection of the returned sportswear to ensure that the issue is related to manufacturing and not due to misuse, improper washing, or customer handling. As a global sportswear manufacture serving the USA, Europe, and international markets, Magic Club Apparel processes refunds to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on banking systems and international payment providers. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and courier fees associated with sportswear manufacture deliveries are non-refundable unless the issue was directly caused by a manufacturing error on our part.

Because Magic Club Apparel operates as a full-service sportswear manufacture with in-house design manufacture, sublimation manufacture, embroidery manufacture, stitching manufacture, and logistics manufacture through Magic Courier, production timelines are clearly communicated before manufacturing begins. Estimated sportswear manufacture timelines, including six to ten days for one hundred pieces and approximately one week for five hundred pieces, are production estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs clearance, international shipping regulations, courier operations, or force majeure events are not grounds for refunds, as they are outside the control of the sportswear manufacturing process.

Order cancellations are only possible before the sportswear manufacture process has started. Once materials are cut, printing manufacture begins, or stitching manufacture is initiated, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. This policy protects the integrity of our sportswear manufacture workflow and ensures fair operations for both the manufacturer and the customer.
